Building Systems Management completed the construction of
this 32,000 square foot office and warehouse building.
Hiring a construction manager allowed the owner to be
intimately involved in the decision making process while not
having to deal with the day to day details and intricacies
of managing a project of this size and scope. This project
uses a state of the art insulating concrete wall system that
allows the building to maintain a warehouse temperature of
60 degrees with virtually no heat while the outside air temperature
was 4 degrees. |

7000 square foot office warehouse building. Being a
sub-contractor and working for many contracting firms the
owner recognized the important role management plays in any
project. Although they could have contracted the job
themselves, Brittashan executives knew they would be better

When Christian Faith Fellowship Church, an evangelical Bible
church in Northwest NJ needed to expand its facility they
looked for a contractor they knew they could trust. Since they
were on a limited budget and were told horror stories of client
contractor relationships, they had a strong desire to hire a
firm they felt would work with them as the project developed.
The choice was KG Builders, and it was the right one.

Sparta Athletic Club
This project was borne out of a need for space and a limited budget.
Sparta Athletic Club needed to expand their fitness facility on
a very limited budget. They turned to KG Builders to solve
their space needs. Working with a supplier of mezzanine floors
they converted a tennis court with tall ceilings into a
two-story space solution for weight and aerobics training. The
project added a whole new dimension to the club. |

NJ, brothers George, Jim and Geoff wanted to move their
operations closer to home. Having their hands full with day to
day business left little time for planning of the project. They
