		K G Builders was formed in 1988 and services the residential construction market of Sussex County. Our projects include new homes, additions and remodels. Quality craftsmanship, customer service, honesty and integrity are the hallmarks of our residential operations.

			This summer retreat in Culver Lake NJ combines classic charm with vacation functionality. The open floor plan and large upstairs sleeping area make this home a pleasure to entertain in. Modular construction and a simple design introduce affordable options for those on a fixed or limited budget. 			This modern Victorian masterpiece built in Culver Lake has been called the “nicest house on the lake”. A wrap around porch with sweeping stairs provides an elegant passage to a lakefront patio. The interior is adorned with hardwood floors, special trim and custom cabinets. Marble tile in the bathrooms and field stone fireplace complete the Victorian feel of this relaxing lakefront getaway. KG Builders is proud to have participated in the creation of this one of a kind home.

			Lake Lenape is the setting for the modern architecture of this remodeled lakefront home. The upstairs balcony of the master bedroom looks through the 28-foot high ceiling in the great room, out over a sprawling deck to a beautiful view of the lake. The open floor plan and height of the ceiling make the great room a stunning and magnificent space for entertaining. KG Builders was awarded the prestigious Award of Excellence in the category “Best Addition of the Year” in 1997 for this project. The owners still call KG Builders for all their home improvement needs.

			Sitting literally on top of Culver Lake this home has more the feel of a cruiseliner than a typical land-lovers summer retreat. Planning for retirement the owners purchased this originally small and poorly maintained home with the plans to transform it into a retirement sanctuary. After multiple projects that were planned with the help of KG Builders their dreams were finally realized in 1998 with the completion of this charming retirement nest. The open floor plan affords a lake view from almost every room in the home. The deck is surrounded on three sides with water, which affords a truly unique lakefront experience.

	The unique design of this Lake Mohawk home is the dream design of its owners. Presenting many construction challenges, the remodeling of this home was completed in less than 6 months despite difficult weather conditions and challenging design and construction issues. The rounded eves and asymmetric rooflines create an architecturally unique structure in this lake front home.		Inside, the dining room boasts slate floors and 25 foot spire ceiling with high circle top windows, which bathe the room in light. In the rear, overlooking the lake is a large family room with a fireplace and windows that create the feeling of a sunroom. Overlooking the lake and facing east the morning view from the master bedroom is refreshing and serene. KG Builders is pleased to have been a part of this project.
